Reviews highlight excellent service, with the team described as honest and willing to help even in urgent situations, such as assisting an out-of-town driver at closing time. Many customers report returning for years with never a problem, praising the quality and reliability of this long-established business.
My daughter is about to have a baby and I was concerned about a noise that her car was making. I explained the situation and despite being very busy, they fit me in right away to have a look and make sure that it was safe. They gave me a thorough and honest assessment. We will certainly return to Frederick’s for our ongoing auto needs.
