I have been doing Pilates for quite some time. Denise Miller, the instructor, actually focuses and corrects each individual so we are not just going through the motions of the exercises but doing them correctly. This makes a huge difference as in most classes there is little opportunity to refine your practice. She integrates all of her knowledge and changes the routines so we get stronger.Highly recommend this studio if you want to really develop your skills.Rea
