My daughter Galilea has always hated the hair dresser that was until she met Gloria. She worked quick and steady and kept my daughter entertained and happy during the entire appointment! She looked amazing at the end and I’m so happy I went to happy kids cause when my daughter looks this good and she’s happy I’m happy! :)

My three year son has been getting his hair cut from A&G happy kids salon since the first hair cut. This was my first time going to the Chappaqua location because the stylist Gloria wasn’t at the Scarsdale location. She actually remembered that my son has a sensitivity to loud noises from the last hair cut. She did the entire cut with a comb and scissors instead of clippers, taking her time making sure it was even throughout. She also made my son laugh by blowing the hairdryer at her and myself when he got scared of the loud noise until he was comfortable enough with the noise and blowing air. Got my babies head shaved at 7 days old from Leo. He was very gentle and patient, he did not try to rush and was confident. He made sure that the trim was all even and not splotchy my main reason for going to a barber as i am sure i would have left splotches if i had attempted it myself. I was provided locks of hairs from my son’s first haircut and a certificate with his name as keepsakes. Overall great experience.
