“Claudia has been my aesthetician for at least the last five or six years, dating back to when she was located in Bronxville. When she moved to Chappaqua about a year ago, there was no question that I would continue making the trip to see her a few times a year. She is absolutely worth the drive!
Claudia is truly a master of her craft. I typically see her for her Advanced Korean facials, and every time I leave, my skin looks absolutely radiant. The glow lasts for weeks, and my skin always feels refreshed, hydrated, and completely rejuvenated. It’s such a luxurious experience and something I genuinely look forward to.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and kind, and you can tell that she takes great pride in what she does. She also creates her own skincare products, and I’ve tried several of them and have enjoyed using them.
One of the things I appreciate most about Claudia is that she never makes you feel pressured to purchase anything. I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with aggressive upselling in the past, so I really value that she is the complete opposite. She makes recommendations when appropriate, but she respects your choices and never makes you feel like you need to buy something extra.
She’s also a wonderful conversationalist, but she instinctively knows when to let you relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the experience, which is exactly what I want from a facial.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, talented, professional, and genuinely passionate about skincare, I cannot recommend Claudia enough. The move to Chappaqua hasn’t stopped me from coming back, and that says a lot! She is absolutely worth making the trip for.
