“Pure Salon has become my weekly treat. I go almost every weekend for a blowout, and while I usually see Rosa, I’ve had appointments with several other stylists and have genuinely been happy with every blowout I’ve gotten.

Rosa is absolutely my color girl, though. She’s been doing my color for a long time—I actually followed her to Pure Salon—and she is incredibly good at what she does. I get compliments on my hair color CONSTANTLY, even when it’s grown out and I’m overdue to have it done. That says everything.

I also have to give credit to the girls who wash hair because they’re wonderful and really know how to give a good shampoo. My one extremely specific complaint: I cannot get behind having my hair washed by someone wearing gloves. 😂 It just feels weird! But that is genuinely about the only complaint I can come up with.

The salon itself feels high-end without the high-end prices. It’s always extremely clean, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they’ll offer you coffee—although I’m pretty sure I’ve shown up carrying my own every single time.

At this point, getting my hair blown out is something I deliberately do for myself every week, and with plenty of salons to choose from, I keep choosing Pure. That probably says more than anything else I could write. Highly recommend them—and if you’re looking for amazing color, go see Rosa.“
