Kori and Tom were a pleasure to deal, great communication and took great care of my boy. “We thought our Labrador Retriever swallowed an engagement ring. She has a habit of eating things she shouldn’t and East End is always there for us. They were calm and professional (and calmed us down, too.) We found the ring later after the vet assured us it wasn’t inside our dog. The cat had swatted it off the sink counter and it was hidden inside a bag! We appreciate everyone at East End.“

I met a lady at a dog park and she recommended K&A. Brought my two cavachons Luke and Leia. They were pretty matted and left smelling and looking phenomenal. I didn’t want the eye lashes and ear hair cut. They actually listened. I wanted the length still long which is difficult with matted hair. The length was left long but no matts. It was magical. My husband who is very picky and cynical was thrilled. He mentioned to me that he was so happy we finally found The Perfect groomer. And he’s beyond picky.
I was also texted during the grooming giving me updates. A previous groomer was mad at Leia for being so verbal. Andrea the groomer at K&A thought Leia was wonderful and scrumptious. She and her husband were so positive and compassionate. In my quest to find a perfect groomer I was always dissatisfied and disappointed. Until K&A. The dogs look so good. I really cannot gush enough. It’s a very emotional thing to bring your dogs to the groomer. But after meeting Andrea and her husband I felt so comfortable and secure. Lovely warm people.
I cannot recommend K&A enough. It is a wonderful spa. Highly highly recommended!!!!!“

“This was the first time that I took my 17-year-old shih Tzu poodle Missy for a grooming to this establishment. My regular groomer was closed for renovations so I had no choice but to take her to a new location. How happy I am at the results! The training and foundation Royal Paws provided have allowed Ranger to travel all over with me, including trips to Albany to meet with legislators and state senators, where he always behaves impeccably.

Ranger’s talents don’t stop there. He even took on the role of an actor in a local production of Annie, flawlessly following every command on stage. One of the owners from Royal Paws even showed up backstage to support Ranger during his performance, demonstrating their genuine care and dedication to the dogs they train – even long after they are no longer their responsibility. This level of commitment speaks volumes about Royal Paws' passion and integrity.

Although we haven’t used their membership or daycare services, we frequently board our dogs there when we travel and rely on them for training. Their ability to connect with and understand each dog’s unique needs is truly exceptional. We continue to be grateful for everything they’ve taught us and how they’ve helped us build a stronger bond with our pets.
