“I was able to make an appointment instantly, same day as I suddenly needed prescription sunglasses. Dr. Sandra John was thorough and efficient and the equipment was modern. I was in and out in a few minutes and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. They took my insurance and I got a decent deal on my glasses as well. Overall, extremely satisfied. I have not physically received the glasses yet. That will happen in 7 to 10 days. The sales person who sold me my glasses was very patient and attentive and tried to get me the best prices. I bought 3 pairs.“

“It was my first time at the office located in Port Jefferson. The waiting room was pretty full, but the waiting time was minimal. I found them to be very efficient. I was especially pleased with my provider, Dr. Anzhelika Vaccaro. She took the time to fully explain the results of my examination and didn’t rush me out of the exam room , despite the fact that she probably had quite a few patients after me. The only negative was when I got home and looked over my prescription for reading glasses, it did not include the pupillary distance that is required to make the glasses. I called the office and they explained that most people go into a brick and mortar store to buy their glasses and the measurement is made there. In my case, I was ordering my eyeglasses online and that measurement is required. I don’t live near that area so just stopping in is not an option. I would suggest simply including the information on the prescription since the prescription they provided actually has an area already designated for those measurements.“

“In 50 years of wearing glasses, this was my best experience ever. My eye exam was quick and harmless, as I didn’t feel like it dragged on. It was also informative, letting me know the current health of my eyes, and what to expect. Finally, I’m a very picky person when it comes to fashion and frames,. Yet for the first time in my life, frames were picked out for me before I said a word, and they were perfect. It was a great experience, which I really wasn’t expecting.“

“I just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Aristocraft Opticians. When I arrived there, John took a look at my old frames, and determined that they weren’t fitting me correctly. In literally about a minute, he reshaped them and they now fit perfectly! He is truly a master of his craft. I then proceeded to have an exam with Dr. Khanna, which was performed quickly and with expert confidence. A couple days later, I got a message that my glasses were ready, and these glasses are just perfect! Thank you!!!“
