Customers appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile, such as working over weekends or quickly resolving scheduling issues. Although one customer had an emergency with a wedding dress, the staff was very supportive and accommodating. Marc helped us with a time-sensitive cleaning of a item that needed particularly special care. He went far beyond above and beyond for us. Big fans.
Had an emergency issue with my wedding dress (3 days out and surprise staining all over the skirt) and although I did not end up using their services, Marc was sooo kind and easy to work with. He immediately provided a quote, offered to have the team work over the weekend to help me and return the dress in person. If we had more time to work with, I would have gone with Winzer!! Will hopefully have no more dry cleaning emergencies and get to use them with no stress :)
