Although one customer had an emergency with a wedding dress, the staff was very supportive and accommodating. Had an emergency issue with my wedding dress (3 days out and surprise staining all over the skirt) and although I did not end up using their services, Marc was sooo kind and easy to work with. He immediately provided a quote, offered to have the team work over the weekend to help me and return the dress in person. If we had more time to work with, I would have gone with Winzer!! Will hopefully have no more dry cleaning emergencies and get to use them with no stress :)
The best in the business for theatrical costume dry cleaning! They know how to work with all the rigging that goes into these pieces. I never worry that something will be ruined. They pick up and deliver and are fast. Once, when we we got our wires crossed about pick up time, all it took was 1 phone call and they hustled a van over to pick up within 20 minutes. Good people!
Excellent attention to detail. Always going above and beyond. Extremely flexible with pick-up and drop-off arrangements. Delivery is always on time. Communication and customer service is incredible.
