Gigi Nails & Spa is hands down the best salon out there. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years. All of the staff are so nice and professional. They take their time and ensure your nails are perfect. Their prices are very reasonable. I moved away and still make the drive to come to Gigi’s to get my nails done. The atmosphere is relaxing. I always get compliments on my nails! I will always recommend Gigi Nails & Spa whenever someone asks me where to go.

I went in yesterday for a manicure in that place for the first time. I came with a gift certificate and the Bold guy at the front desk, reminded me 2x that tips do not include. The place overall is very dirty, old equipment, and they have no Hot towel, instead she used a wet napkin over my hands. I did not like the manicure nor did I enjoy the service. Plus there was no message. All salons offer a message as a curiosity at the end, apparently this one does not. Overall the guy is rude, implosive and money hungry. Living in the 5 towns, I think we can all AGREE there are better accommodations somewhere else. Go where you will be happy and satisfied with service.

The manicure itself was fine. When I paid I said I'm leaving a $5 tip. the lady said are you sure you don't want to leave more? I said yes Im sure. and she said but you spent x amount money and 5$ isn't 15% and she wouldn't settle until I agreed to leave a bigger tip.A tip is an extra courtesy, we pay for the nail service itself enough money. It was beyond rude to demand more of something I don't even owe in the first place. I will not be returning.
