“I was in the Catskills for 6 weeks and walked into Body Be Well Pilates. What a find. Chelsea and Shannon were great teachers. My 30 yr old daughter-in-law and 74 yr old me got perfectly calibrated workouts twice a week. Always challenged but better for it! Never thought you get so much out of a reformer. The experience really enhanced our time. The Catskills are lucky to have such a great resource!”
