Fire & ice - great for recovery and any aches. I'm pretty active so I try and get here at least 2x per month.Glutathione IV too!!!+ Any time I feel like I'm getting a sniffle or some sort of a little cold, this is the first place I go.Sandy is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly.
