Located at the site of a former elementary school (Greenport School) which had a lot of property at the intersection of Union Turnpike (Route 66) & Maple Avenue. The gymnasium was saved and transformed into an elegant banquet Hall. A sprawling property with many residential units. It's about 2 miles north of Downtown Hudson, and less than a mile from a major shopping & services area.Right across the street is a small complex with a Mobil Station, convenience store, liquor store, and an A&W restaurant.

This review is for the beautiful medi- spa in the Falls Spa. I have cosmetic injections performed regularly there with Nurse Natalie. Not only is she extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable in a variety of cosmetic techniques, she is also an EXPERT injector who studied under some of the world’s best teachers. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with her results. Symmetrical, subtle, tasteful, and safe all describe my results here.I used to go totop dermatologists in Manhattan, but now am in love with the Hudson Valley. I was luckily able to get a last minute appointment before the holidays with Natalie. This is a super high end aesthetic medical " haven" in simply an elegant location. Natalie did my injections. She has the latest products and knowledge. She will take the time to explain everything to you and listen to your concerns, not rushed- one on one. Under her deft hands and modern techniques I felt completely at ease. I suggest to let her take a look at your face with her expert eye and get her opinion, then just TRUST her.
