Dr. Carter's all about customer satisfaction! She really went out of her way to accommodate me on a special use set of glasses. which were spot on!! Up front Nicole & the Mngr. Denise.. treat you like Family! Real nice place!

All the staff at this location are excellent. They are patient and highly knowledgeable. They do not push you to buy an expensive frame, but take the time to find you the frame that looks best on you. Customer service is high on their list of importance.
