Owner was quick to respond back to me and very accommodating. Had a trouble spot on my rug where a room mates cat had peed and nothing I did got rid of it. From what I can tell so far I think these guys got it. The two service techs were quick, efficient and courteous. Would highly recommend.
Im so happy with the excellent physical cleaning I was provided with and very professional customer service. The team cleaned my sofa cushions and really went ? ve and beyond. Also I truly appreciated the fact that they arrived on time! I will definitely call you hem the next time I need this service.
I called JLM for an emergency clean needed ASAP. They did just that, came the next day & did fantastic job for a very reasonable price. They provided text updates on arrival time and were friendly.
