Steve had texted me a reminder the day before for a window of arrival time which is great because life gets busy and I can forget about things. The morning of my appointment Steve had texted a more accurate arrival time which was very helpful as well. Communication was great. Having two dogs and never being able to get my furniture spot free, Steve made my furniture look like the day I bought it!
