I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Nidia which is a very specialized message and she really seemed to move the lymph along throughout my body. Nidia has excellent pressure and seems very skilled in her massage practice. I hope to see less inflammation and water retention. I can’t wait to book another service.“

“Had my third (or fourth?) massage today from 'Kevin' at Balance Bodywork. I'll be back for a fourth (or fifth!) and more after that. The environment is perfect. Great attention has been paid to the decor, the sound, the smells. The prices are very reasonable and a terrific value for the experience.
I suffer from a pinched nerve in my neck that radiates pain into my shoulder and down my arm. The massage - dry, then with massage oil, the hot stones - all work to bring me to a relaxed state that reduces the pain and knots I have.
'Kevin' (the American name he uses) intuitively and competently finds the knots and works very hard to release them. The massage oil is obviously high quality and, unlike other places I've visited, is actually massage oil - and heated! I loved the use of the heated moist towels to wipe off the excess oil afterwards, too.
I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that if you are looking to get a good massage, or try it out for the first time, Balance Bodywork is highly recommended!“

“I find this place very relaxing. Small and cozy, they have a TV that plays different movies and shows. They offer pedicure and manicure. Also spa treatments. I usually get Acrylic Gel Manicure. There is a bit of a la Guage barrier making it hard to hear or understand them. I recommend making appointments in advance as it's better to explain to them what you want. If you have design in mind, be sure to show the pictures so they understand. They also offer waxing service and massages.

Wish they updated and clean their salon a little to be more modern and clean. But they are very sanitary.“
