Had my third (or fourth?) massage today from 'Kevin' at Balance Bodywork. I'll be back for a fourth (or fifth!) and more after that. The environment is perfect. Great attention has been paid to the decor, the sound, the smells. The prices are very reasonable and a terrific value for the experience.
I suffer from a pinched nerve in my neck that radiates pain into my shoulder and down my arm. The massage - dry, then with massage oil, the hot stones - all work to bring me to a relaxed state that reduces the pain and knots I have.

I have been here several times and had a great experience every time! Comfortable environment very friendly, clean and relaxing and a great massage! I love we have this gem right in the middle of our village! Keep supporting local businesses!
I’ve been to Balance 4 times since discovering them earlier this year. Everytime for a 90 minute massage. I keep going back because the service is exceptional and you can’t beat the prices. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and far better than most I’ve had at highly rated spas.
