Many customers have praised the spa for its exceptional service and clean environment. One reviewer described a two-hour deep tissue massage focusing on their neck and back, which helped them release years of emotions and was considered a very reasonable price. Others noted that the place offers great service, with friendly therapists who do not overcharge and accept any amount for tips, which is appreciated. Several customers mentioned that the massages helped alleviate chronic back pain, and the spa's later hours and walk-in policy make it convenient for clients.
While some have experienced issues with staff behavior, the majority of reviews highlight the excellent massages, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Overall, Wellness Spa provides a range of experiences, from highly therapeutic to more routine, with many clients returning for repeat visits.
I went in today to enjoy a 60min reflexology appointment. Amber was the staff working on my feet. Such an amazing hour that went by much too fast. I will return and will be asking for gift cards from family!!!
