Absolutely blown by the service from JLM carpet. Quick response to texts. We were able to have requested service done within 1 day of moving into new home. We had bedrooms and stairs cleaned and they exceeded our expectations. All areas serviced look and smell great. Stains that I didn’t think would come clean, are completely gone.
