I made reservations for a pontoon rental several months before we made a trip out to this area. I was very happy with the impeccable service and professionalism from the owners Geoff and Rena. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, the pontoon was clean and ready to go for us, and the price was reasonable. And most important, this was the only company that allowed us to bring our dog on the pontoon.I highly recommend this company!

The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when my dog and I were in need of their help!! They got us in for an emergency visit, and although I lost my best friend, Cooper, they did everything they could to be there for me through a difficult situation. The staff even contacted me a few days later to check in on me and later sent me a sweet card. From the moment I contacted their office and spoke with Kailee to the time I checked in with her at the office, she was so welcoming and made me feel less anxious. I was then brought to the exam room and Charity, LVT, made sure that Cooper was comfortable and continuously checked on him and I throughout the appt. Dr Manikas, DVM, took the time to listen to all of my concerns regarding Cooper’s condition and made me feel better with my decision knowing that he was no longer suffering. I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your kindness and support that day for my sweet boy, Cooper! ♥️
The lady who owns this place now is amazing super nice an super understanding she gives you exactly what you ask for she cut my daughters hair an while she did she was very kind an patient to walk me threw on how to style it or trim she was super amazing and alot of what she did she clearly didn't have to but again she is amazing and the prices are FANTASTIC! My other daughter needs her hair cut and downtowne hair salon is definitely my number one go to!

Decent pricing for amount of laundry each machine holds. Business has machine that does extra spins for an incredibly small additional fee. The machine totally worth it for jeans, towels and heavier materials
It was very busy when we stopped. Under staffed and/or overworked employees. And I totally understand that some people just don't care to put forth customer service skills. Some employees seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Please consider getting more staff. Fairly clean restrooms. Plenty of parking available. Good place to stop if you don't have an issue with unhappy customer service.
