Every ortho and pt dr I saw said I wouldn’t walk for two months, recovery would take 18+ months. I hobbled into Syracuse medical in an air boot, after my first treatment I haven’t worn the boot since and barely have to wrap it anymore. And 91 days post injury I just completed a TRIATHLON.
