I have been a patient here for many years . Staff is always courteous… Dr’s and PA’s are great . Take time to listen … I’ve had occasion to see Other than my primary and they have always treated me with respect …
After seeing all of the negative comments I feel I need to share my experiences with this practice.I have been a patient here for almost 10 years seeing primarily a PA… I have never had a bad experience from the front staff, to nursing assistants, the lab staff and susan Moak. All professional and great. Of course there are wait times calling and getting an appointment, but that is healthcare after a pandemic looks like. Would highly recommend and recognize that we all need a little more patience and kindness dealing with the medical staff that are attempting to help us.
I had my first visit recently and I had nothing but a positive experience with the office staff, nurses, and my primary care provider. Everything went smoothly and quickly and everyone was very nice :)
