Beginning with a prompt response Janet was unbelievably kind and opened up the Spa for us on a day that it's normally closed. The Spa was immaculate and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and a relaxing atmosphere. Janet was kind, patient and friendly. The facial was, by far, one of the best we've had.
