Gave me instructions on aftercare, even a bit of the science behind waxxing and what happens to the hair. Shes extremely detail oriented and an absolute pleasure to be around! I went into get a trial before hand she worked with me on scheduling so that it would be for my bachelorette party it came out beautiful. I had one complaint on our trial run, she reassured me she seen what I was saying and made sure to fix it before I left day of trial and it wasn’t an issue day of the wedding.
