I know it's kind of nuts to review based on a child's haircut - which is not necessarily what The Hair Lab is known for - but if you've ever tried to get a toddler to do, well, anything....you know where I'm going with this. I made an appointment online (easy) and didn't have to wait. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and they seem to have rotating community fundraising/charity at the desk. Tracy was SO patient with our little dude, and tolerant of us changing positions and making stupid noises and faces the entire time all the stylists in the salon were friendly and helped distract/maintain toddler happiness. I had the best experience...My stylist REALLY cared! Throughout the color / root touch-up he would Converse with the owner and ask her opinion and she suggested a color I wasn't even thinking of....I absolutely LOVE IT came out EXACTLY how they said...They took control yet spoke to me about the whole process and how I would benefit...I absolutely love the hair lab!Thank you ?Service: Pedicures

I literally just got finished getting my hair cut here. I’m not from the area and was hesitant about trying a new place. On a whim, I called The Hair Lab and asked if they could fit me in. Jennifer cut my hair and did such a wonderful job. Really listened to what I wanted and gave me a wonderful cut and style. She’s also so friendly and welcoming. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be and she exceeded all my expectations. Also, the salon is very very clean.
