“I had initially visited this salon because I won a color and highlight service. Right away, I loved how stylish and open it felt. There were drinks and some cookies to enjoy. Abby was my stylist and carefully listened to what I wanted and I showed her pictures of my own hair when I've liked how it's been done before. I really struggle with finding a place where I like the cut and any color I've gotten so I was nervous. Abby really delivered on giving me a super natural looking color with some dimension from the highlights in a warm blonde/copper. The placement of the highlights was perfect and it didn't look striped or unnatural. Just blended and very pretty whether I wore my hair curly or straightened it. I paid for my second visit a few months later. I got a cut/trim and had it re-toned with a bit more copper/light brown. My hair looked and felt great! The color from last time had grown/faded so nicely. The cut didn't take too much length but got rid of the split ends so my hair actually grew in a noticeable way. My mom is going to switch to this salon instead of her regular place because of how nice my hair has looked, the results of other customer's that she saw in the salon, and the atmosphere. I can't believe this place doesn't have a lot of reviews but they have only been open a year. If you are looking for a modern but relaxed salon with a variety of different stylists to choose from, I'd highly recommend you try it here. I'm so so picky about my hair to the point where I'd rather go a year without getting it cut or colored vs getting it done somewhere I'm not too sure about. (Yes this has happened). I've had some really unpleasant salon experiences in this area. Salon 1533 is unlike any other salon I've been to. They use a variety of quality brands of hair products, have knowledgeable stylists that actually listen, and this allows you to actually relax.“

“I have been coming here for over 17 years. I have been cut by Lissa, Eslana, and kelly, but honestly any one here will leave you looking and feeling amazing with a fantastic cut. I think at some point in our lives we have all gotten a cut we've been unhappy with... Which is why I won't stray from this salon. As someone who has had traumatizing hair experiences in the past, feeling confident in your stylist is such a relief! “So this is my second time getting the Keratin treatment done by Jen - another amazing job! I highly recommend her because she is experienced and educated on the keratin process. After multiple washes my hair still feels AMAZING and the frizz is practically gone! I would also recommend using the keratin shampoo and conditioner. It definitely makes a difference. “If I could rate BEX salon higher than 5 stars they would get a million. I have never felt more comfortable at a salon in my life. Anytime I come in I am greeted by name (which really makes me feel valued as a customer) by the affable owner herself,she is a ball of sunshine and bright smiles from the rest of the staff. I had an amazing consultation with the lovely Michael Douglas. He was attentive to my wants & needs while also being transparent about realistic hair goals. He recommended a new haircare routine to keep my hair health a priority with coloring and bleaching. He also recommended I get a quality haircut before our color appointment. My haircut appointment was the other night with Olivia! I can admit I was extremely nervous, but not because I did not have trust in BEX Salon but because of my lack of trust with past hair salons. The second I sat in her chair her warm energy took away any sense of worry I had. I was blown away at the shampoo bowl with the relaxing head massage , conditioning mask and hot towel that they provide you with during your wash. She paid attention to detail during the hair cut and we shared great stories and conversations we both related too. Overall BEX Salon is a safe space for me, and I trust my hair in any staff members hands.
