Zenner & Ritter is a great company, I’m so happy I called them to help figure out an Air Conditioning issue that other companies couldn’t figure out. They helped with the issue and now my house is staying cool. Very happy with everyone I worked with, they were all so nice and very helpful.

Jimmie did an absolutely amazing job with my estimate. I did not purchase anything yet, and quite frankly I'm not sure if I will; the project is very expensive. That said, the price is fair compared to my other quotes, and Jimmie was the first person that explained the pros and cons of each option. He was low pressure, and very educational. Good experience so far; I will update if I go through with the purchase.
Update: signed for the AC system. It gets installed in 3 weeks, which is quick enough for me. Installers explained everything to me, super helpful. Also, when they came, my pool heater was broken and they fixed it for a pretty decent price.... read full review
