When one of the wheels on my garbage receptacle fell off, I placed in back and used the bin for awhile. Then, couple of weeks ago, in the first light of day, I noticed that not only was the wheel off but now it was missing! I reported this to WM and in short period of time, was rewarded with a new wheel firmly placed on the now whole bin. Thank you
My garbage is always picked up on time. When there a change due to Holiday or bad weather events I always receive an email or text message about the change in pickup.
The price does seam to go up due to fuel and environmental changes. But that is another issue
changed our date of service and then for the next 3 weeks did not show up for the "new" garbage pick up. Each time it was marked as picked up but was not! They did send a truck within 24hours but it is frustrating! Bad weather and you don't want your garbage out longer than necessary.
