I was forced to accept the 90 gal. garbage & recycling tote even though I only generate a single 16 gal. garbage bag a week and the equal amount of recycling. I call and asking for smaller tote and if there were other the weekly pickup options. I was basically told those were the only tote sizes and pickup schedule available "sorry".
Left out 2 garbage totes and they only took one. It wasn't a recycle tote just a regular 2nd tote we use almost every week. They Also charged me for a service I never had. Tried calling a couple times and nobody answered or even called back when left messages. Sometimes they leave garbage behind that falls out.
In years gone by, I would give 5 stars. But with these mandatory huge totes and price increase, I am giving only 2 stars. Recently widowed at age 72, living alone now, really no need for the size that you insist and charge. Garbage men leave tote open and on rainy days it is disturbing and quite heavy to empty the rain water. I have read other reviews lately and they are not happy ones.
