Great 1st impression as the pretty front desk receptionist whom was very kind with a great personality and non judgmental when asking for a photo before being seen.
I was obviously nervous being a new client for being judged on my awful red rosacea skin condition. I learned it was even worse than I expected when the scan they showed me how deep the skin issue was. Like holy wow GOD awful. 😞
Dr. B was genuine showing me what I already knew but I had no idea how bad my condition was. Instead of making me upset, she was compassionate and empathizing when I expected arrogance/ haughtiness.

I had the best experience with my CO2 laser with Dr. Brauer and Stephanie. They were with me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable and supported. They work together as a wonderful team. Dr. Brauer even gave me her home phone number to reach out if needed. The results are already fantastic and I would 100% recommend this procedure to anybody. This laser really works and gives a lifetime result. Also shout out to Dr. Buscaglia for recommending this procedure to me and overseeing my care with Dr. Brauer and Steph.
I just had my first appt for the procedures I would like to have and I found the staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Buscaglia was both pleasant and thorough. And the office is beautiful!
