Clean environment. Very calming to help soothe whatever anxiety you may have. The receptionist is very professional and efficient. The tattoo artist Ferris is just amazing. He listens to what you want and make sure he delivers. Very artistic and versatile. You’ll be sure to leave satisfied with no regrets.

I have very mixed feelings. I went my first time because they had a deal, absolutely loved it! The hand pressure the color how the tattoo was everything!!! The fact they were professional and fun! It was amazing

The second time: I was going through it in life, needed a name cover up for a child that wasn’t mine. I contacted the artist via messenger, let him know, paid him and confirmed the date and time!
I walk in the shop he comes up asks can I help you I said yeah I’m your appointment here for the cover up. He said you never confirmed, I show him I did he gos in the back and draws it up. Call me back puts the elephant on my collar bone and the way it’s positioned is backwards like if I wear a shirt the butt would hang out instead of the face. I asked him to flip it, I can tell he’s mad and says no because then he would have to draw it over. I was ready to cry and said never mind I’ll just take some butterflies. I balled after bc I think they are dark and masculine, I’m a big girl! But they really are beautiful and I do get compliments but it’s not what I wanted and not what I paid for and I wish he acted a little more personable!

I took my daughter here for her birthday ( she wanted an eyebrow piercing as her present). It was our first time here,but definitely won't be our last. The shop is incredibly beautiful and a total vibe. The ambiance and atmosphere are unmatched. The piercer was amazing;very professional, informative and attentive.

I took my seventeen year old daughter here for her birthday ( she wanted an eyebrow piercing as her present). First of all, this place is gorgeous! The artwork displayed, the ambience, atmosphere and energy is incredible. It's a positive vibes and comfortable place. The whole process was smooth, professional and fast. Her piercer was amazing, very professional and attentive. We will definitely be visiting here again soon.

I have 7 tattoos and never have I been to a place where they act like you’re not there. I had to call the phone number while I was standing in the shop. Not the best service and No aftercare instructions. I had a small finger tattoo done 9 days ago it literally disappeared. I just wanted a touchup at the least . They said the guy who did it just left here’s his number. Then proceeds to tell me it’s common sense to know my tattoo would disappear. Yea it’s a no I went down the street and was treated with respect and they fixed a tattoo they didn’t do gave proper aftercare and instructions on how to best persevere a finger tattoo. Y’all gotta do better
