Do not conduct business with this company or Gavin. Gavin will lie straight to your face and then ignore you and your calls. Rented pieces of equipment and did not pay any of the bills. Will tell you I’ll promise I’ll make right this week and this week never comes. Equipment was returned in terrible condition. Save yourself the headache and hire a reputable company. This isn’t one of them.

Terrain Landscaping (Queen City Plowing) customers should take heed signing a contract with Gavin Caulfield. He appeared ethical and reliable – he is not. His plowing business (formerly Queen City Plowing) damaged my driveway 13 months ago and Gavin has been a no show for all of his promised repairs and my payment refund he promised as resolution to this damage. Terrain Landscaping does not have the required permit nor proof of $100,000 liability insurance (12-18-2023) with the town of West Seneca, as required, yet he is still soliciting his plowing business for 2023 – 2024. Please do your research before signing a contract with him.
