We were new to the home building process and the team at Marrano made the process feel easy and exciting! Annette was so helpful in the beginning and Chris made sure all of our questions were answered during the building process!

My overall experience has been good with Marrano. My wife and I are happy with our home and the responsiveness we got early in the process with Marrano. But, my advice to anyone that is starting out, is hire your own professional building inspector to do the final walkthrough, and to do the 10 month touch up. This way nothing will get missed and you can take full advantage of the warranty.Update 10/2, they disabled their customer care service for warranty related items. You cannot submit tickets. I know this is not just a marrano issue so I tell future people looking to build please do due diligence on what any builder provides, get everything written in the contract...read full review

The best part about Marrano Homes are the people that work at Marrano Homes. They have truly created an environment of a family that you feel welcomed into. Throughout the entire process I felt like I was dealing with a giant tight knit family who want to help me achieve my dream home. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous.
