If you are looking for life long exercise - this is it. Classes are all taught by volunteers that practice Tai Chi for double digit times. Very welcoming and the health benefits are so great !

Very welcoming and unassuming group of people that practice the long form (108 moves) of the exercise. Great for balance and muscle tone as well as meditative and calming. Recommend it highly. The instructors are very helpful and work to make sure all level of fitness is addressed.

Instructors are knowledgeable welcoming, accommodating, and at a high level of teaching. Though not a fighting martial arts, it is still rooted in the martial arts tradition; concentrating on health and wellness for any age.

Excellent beginner classes--low stress, people of all ages, shapes, and physical limitations (and ample instruction on protecting joints, etc.). The whole vibe is super friendly and relaxed. If you're looking for a movement-meets-meditation activity that's a little more chill than yoga, this is a great pick. Great as a couple activity, as well.
