Logan was very efficient and very knowledgeable, battled a furnace issue for almost 2 weeks and when logan showed up the diagnosis was spot on and the problem was fixed shortly after.
Amazing service from start to finish. Great prices. Highly recommend. 10 stars.I have to amend my review based on what has occurred. Right after they came out the heat stopped working It took a few days and they came back and said it was fixed. It stopped working again. They came back out and now believe it to be a much more expensive part. Decided might just get a new unit but no one is responding like they promised and it is three weeks without heat !!!!
Have to update. Heard from Anthony and he apologized for the miscommunication. We already called another company but would consider using T mark in the future.
Today Keith came to check out my hot water boiler that had shut down yesterday when my neighborhood lost electrical power. Because the power was off for 12 hours, the sump pumps stopped working and the basement flooded. When power was restored the furnace would not emit gas. I was lucky enough to be able to dry out the gas ports with a fan, and I appreciated that Keith arrived to check out the entire furnace, which set my mind at ease. T-Mark technicians know their business and get the job done quickly and effectively; and as a bonus today, the work was done at no charge! Thanks, T-Mark.
