My only complaint is that there's a bit of a wait when you have an appointment. They're very accommodating for emergency things, which in my book counts for a lot. When my frames broke, they popped the lenses out and gave me new frames for $50 total. Today I called and asked last minute for a different contact sample to try because my current ones were drying out, I even showed up before I said I would due to lunch times changing, and they were able to help me.
I love Kristen every time I go in there. She is multitasking she's so sweet even while doing 101 things and she does it with a smile and her baby on her hip this is the true definition of a hardworking women who is passionate about her job support their business there great
I rely on my glasses to see anything. I’m so glad to be able to report that the examination was so spot on that I now have the best glasses that I have ever had. I’m looking forward to recommending them to any person who needs an optician who listens to one’s requirements
