This ophthalmologist office offers an exceptional experience for patients. The staff is incredibly welcoming and efficient, ensuring patients feel at ease right away. Both Dr. Pollack are highly knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain eye conditions and treatment options. Patients have shared wonderful experiences here, describing the doctors as beyond competent, kind, and attentive. The office has undergone a beautiful, top-of-the-line upgrade, and its reputation for over 30 years in Buffalo speaks to the quality of care provided. Many patients have undergone successful procedures, such as cataract and glaucoma surgeries, leading to fantastic outcomes like 20/20 vision. This establishment is highly recommended for top-notch eye care, with a friendly and courteous staff that keeps patients informed throughout their visits.
Having just completed both laser cataract eye surgery and LAL lens implants with Dr. Scott Pollack, I am no longer chained to my glasses going back 65+ years. The results are astounding. BOTH my distance and reading abilities are now 20/20! The entire process took only 35 days and every single procedure was completed pain free. Or as I like to say “easy-squeezy”. Dr. Pollacks team at both his Maple Road offices and The Ambulatory Center were compassionate, thoughtful, kind and absolutely professional in every way. A++++

I had an accidental injury to my eye causing an abraision to my cornea. I was referred to tbis office by a friend of mine.
Mel who works there was absolutly fantastic and made sure everything I needed was taken care of.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Pollack for many years. Always a 10/10 experience. Both doctors are kind and friendly. I always leave feeling well cared for. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and the girls at the optical are outstanding!
