Standard property management is great. They helped us find an apartment and made the process so easy for us to be all set for move in day. The maintenance workers are very kind and efficient, and work orders get done in a timely manner. Finding a cat friendly place can be super hard, so we are lucky to have gotten a chance with Standard Property Management. The only problems we had was our apartment was not cleaned before move in, and the cleaners that ended up coming that same day left many webs, dust, etc around that we had to finish cleaning up ourselves, and the basement where the laundry is has a plethora of dust and spider webs, but thankfully it doesn’t interfere... read full review

I like them, I've lived here for a very long time and they are the 1st property management company to manage this property since I've been here. When I have a issue, I report it, it's typically rectified in a decent amount of time if they are the ones making the decision. There have been times I was told the issue was to massive or they'd need owner approval. I understand it's business. For the most part, I feel they are responsive , mostly respectful and the maintenance does good work.

Everytime I have an issue weather lights not working, plumbing issue, clogged toilet Standard Property maintenence men are on the problem very quickly. They are very professional and courteous. Thank you for all your help and God bless all.
