I moved in about six weeks ago, and I’ve had to call maintenance two or three times. The maintenance people respond promptly, are always polite and respectful, and solve problems quickly and efficiently. 100% trust!

Maintaince person Darwin also reattached the air conditioner piece that was causing a leak,fixed the sealant on the refrigerator door, figured out why the circuits breaker kept tripping, replaced sub pump, and attached a gutter flow pipe that came from basement to street. Awesome job!!! Thanks

I have lived at one on Standard Property Management apartments for 4 years. Each time that I have submitted a maintenance request, they are always prompt and the repairs are done. I have no problems with them. I highly recommend living in one of their properties.
