So much good to say about the team at Glendale Communities. My wife and I first connected with Eric who worked with us for close to a year, helping us secure a spot at Nickel City Lofts we had our eyes on. Showing after showing, Eric was always courteous, respectful of our time, and enthusiastic about the properties he would show us. Fast forward to our time at Nickel City Lofts and my wife and I absolutely loved it. I haven’t moved in yet, so I can’t speak to the actual residential quality, but Glendale has been great through the touring and application process. Eric specifically went above and beyond for us when we toured: he took us to two different buildings and gave us good advice about the pros and cons of each.Overall, I’m really pleased with the ease by which we secured an apartment. Eric was extremely organized, so he was able to recommend buildings that would fit our specific budget and preferences. I’m hopeful that my experience living in a Glendale building will be as good as the process of getting the apartment.
