I worked at this location for charter communications it was a extremely hostile work environment. I was threatened with violence by other employees, had things thrown at me and when I reported at HR they wrote me up, or covered up the abuses and retaliation. This place made me never trust HR again. I do not recommend working here.

Downed line won't get fixed for 4+ days, yet we're responsible for paying for services we don't have. Had to call back each day about escalating our case, but it hasn't worked out yet. Spent a collective 2 hours talking with about 10 different folks, each contradicting the prior conversation. Considering Greenlight...

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Spectrum Buisness Internet ??. Had a tech out 8x in 2022, and now again, the rep on the phone wants to send a tech out on Easter Sunday between 5-6 pm. Sure we have nothing else to do like have dinner with our family's at 5-6 pm on Easter Sunday. Time to make the switch to Verizon
