It pays to talk to the technicians. They didn’t technically “solve” the issue but they found that there was not a typical clog and talked to me about what the next steps might be. Because of the experience and knowledge of my technician, he was able to lead me to where the problem was. It turned out to be a very simple solution that involved removing a small piece of pumice stone and opening up water jets but I never would have even known to look for something like that if he hadn’t talked to me and eliminated other possibilities. Because of the adjustments he made in the tank and the removal of the impediment, the toilet now flushes better than ever.
Chris is very experienced, he identified the issue quickly, I had the other two plumbers from other companies before Chris but none of them really know the issue, thank you so much for solving the issue.
