We woke up to water in our basement and were referred to Rainbow Restoration to assist with the cleanup. They came on a holiday and helped us with the cleanup and removal of any lost/damaged items. They were professional and prompt throughout the entire process. I hope to never need them but if I do, I would not hesitate to call.

Their water damage/clean up crew was incredible. Our entire house flooded and they arrived in less than 24 hours. Employees were kind and great communicators. However, we were also going to hire them to manage the needed renovations as a result of the water damage. Once that division took over, communication was atrocious. Constantly being told we would recieve communication just to be ghosted. I have never in my personal or professional world dealt with such lack of follow through. My house was destroyed and the stress this added was horrific. It sounded great that they were going to manage all of the renovations but I ended up hiring 4 seperate contractors to do the work because I felt so uncomfortable working with Rainbow.

I cold called Rainbow needing someone quick to deep clean some offices. They were extremely responsive and professional. Ares came out for the quote and was fantastic to work with and then Jeff and Marcus did the cleaning. We could not be happier with their professionalism and attention to the detail. So happy with the service, I will be scheduling more offices in the next few weeks. Thank you Jeff and Marcus … you knocked it out of the park!

An unfortunate water leak in my home was made bearable, with the support of Amanda and the Rainbow Team. Having the unfortunate experience of water damage can be devastating and although I would rather have not had this happen, I’m glad that Rainbow restoration was a part of the process. They came in the same day of the incident and placed drying equipment, returned daily to check it and remained in contact with me throughout the process. Amanda and the Team were attentive and respectful. Rainbow went above the process and did it with a smile and comforting demeanor. I hope that you never have to experience home damage but if you do I highly recommend you look to the Team at rainbow and let them assist you in beginning the restoration process.

This company was outstanding in their response time. Jeffrey Barnwell was the technician who came and did the clean up after a sewer back up. He was friendly and helpful during a stressful time. Would definitely call again for disaster cleaning.

Very recently, I suffered severe water damage when a pipe broke in the apartment above mine. The property management, Birgo Realty, contacted Rainbow Renovations International of Buffalo, to remove the carpeting, and ceiling that suffered water damage from the event. Jeff, LeVert, James, and the 1 guy whose name I forgot 😞, were all very professional, and courteous. I didn’t have all of my belongings out of the apartment yet. However, they were able to move the things that were still there, out of their way and complete the job quickly and efficiently. I want to give them all a great 5 star review! I would definitely recommend Rainbow, and especially those 4 guys, to anyone in need of the type of work they do. They even cleaned up after themselves!! I’m very impressed by a job well done.
