We had a great experience with O’Donnell’s. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. After contacting them, the owner Jim came to our house he provided us with a quote, scheduled and completed the Lennox AC and furnace installation within a week, which was much faster than we expected.
The installation team was punctual, knowledgeable, and left everything clean when the job was done. We really appreciate how smoothly the entire process went.

On a recent Thursday, we scheduled a free estimate for the services we needed. We decided to proceed with their very reasonable estimate provided by Jim, the owner of the company. His crew showed up the following Monday (!) to replace our well-aged boiler (baseboard heating system) and hot water tank. They ensured a clean work environment, and were pleasant, diligent and knowledgeable about every detail of this job.
We are very impressed with O'Donnell Heating and Air Conditioning, and highly recommend them!
Amazing customer service! Dawn in the office is so helpful, kind, and realistic. She was a huge reason we went with this company. The owner came out, gave my fiancee a reasonable estimate for a new furnace, we ended up needing two, worked out a great deal. Truly a customer first business. Would highly, highly recommend them!
