Plants, flowers and staff are great. I purchased both and are very good quality. So I went back to purchase topsoil. Topsoil was ok. Not the best for the price. Had small twigs, small amount of plastic bag pieces and found a few pieces of glass. One yard cost $57 included tax.
The staff at Northridge are truly top tier in the profession. I had a licensed arborist give me the wrong information (not affiliated with Northridge) about a tree I purchased from Northridge two years ago, stating that it was dead/diseased. Technically, the tree was not dead, however, the staff stood behind their 2 year warranty promise and replaced my tree.
Sean and Bill were such a pleasure to work with today. They made me feel better about the situation, and are even going to repot the tree I uprooted. I’m 45 minutes away from Northridge, and I would travel even farther to do business with them again.
