They are probably busy, which I absolutely respect. If you call, they’ll ask you to leave a message and then don’t return your call. Meh.
I had good experiences in the past with them.
Note: when you call, it’s one phone number for all locations, so don’t exactly be fooled by good reviews for one vs another.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! (Kenmore location) I walked in with my 12 year old son and Ryanne politely told me they couldn’t accept any walk-ins at that time. She let me know new appointments are available starting December and took the time to tell me all the details of the other office locations and even wrote down that information for me as well. As we left the office, Aleesha, from the Niagara Dermatology was able to catch up to us before we left the parking lot. She told us that they were able to take us! Dr. Goode was amazing and made the experience all the better. Truly thankful I found this doctor. My experience at this office was great, quick responses through the app and with my refill requests.
