It is a beautiful facility! Ver clean! Staff is great! Dentists are great but phone system is terrible! We live a distance away and can’t find out when our appointments are. Also I found out they had my birthdate wrong!

I would give 5 stars as Dr. Conboy and all the staff is amazing...but what is up with the windows intthe exam rooms? They should definately be tinted or a film put on them to protect your patients privacy. Anyone walking down the street can look right into the window (the exam rooms are on the first floor).

Staff is great. Services are good. System to notify patients for upcoming appointments isnt working properly. For example, I have my e-mail on file and did not receive any e-mails about upcoming appointments for multiple appointments now. The text notification is working but I was notified only an hour and a half prior to my appointments start time and I have to schedule my transportation ahead of time, so it makes it almost impossible for me to make it on time.Edit october 24This is still a problem
