I ended up calling this salon after a hair stylist canceled my appointment. I explained my dilemma to Rose, she was very understanding, accommodating and professional. Since she was booked for the day, she arranged for another hair stylist to arrive in less than an hour and do my hair. She made me and my plus one feel very comfortable at the shop. The vibe at the salon was cool and laid back, not like the gossipy vibe that you get at some salons. The hair braiding itself took a long time (but I guess you can’t rush an artist) and it’s probably the most that I’ve ever paid for braids but I love the end result and I managed to get my hair done THAT day as planned.

Rose was exceptional. I told her what style I wanted (cornrows) and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I really like the salon itself. It’s chill and has a nice vibe.

I definitely will be going back here again!

Rose is Buffalo's Best Kept Secret! I called Saturday morning looking to get my hair braided and left a message. Shortly after, I received a call back from Rose the owner who told me she was able to take my last minute appointment and that I could come in 2 hours later. This meant so much to me that she was so accommodating and what I wanted would take at least 6 or more hours.
