I want to start with I'm pretty happy with my hair even though it wasn't quite what I asked for. The process to get here however was not so good. The level of unprofessionalism was horrendous. I understand that it's a social atmosphere and talking is expected, but to completely stop doing my hair to talk made the process take way longer than it should have. I have sensitive ears are they were ringing by the time I left from the constant screaming for my entire appointment. Pretty happy with the end product, not at all with the service. Will not be returning.

Rose is Buffalo's Best Kept Secret! I called Saturday morning looking to get my hair braided and left a message. Shortly after, I received a call back from Rose the owner who told me she was able to take my last minute appointment and that I could come in 2 hours later. This meant so much to me that she was so accommodating and what I wanted would take at least 6 or more hours.

Got my hair done today! Rose answered all my questions (never had it done professionally before). She let me know when she had someone available around my schedule. Evelyn was wonderful, Ann & Hanna were great. Conversations and laughter made the time go by faster. And OMG my hair came out lovely! I would definitely recommend them.
