Maxim Healthcare is an exceptional place to work. The minute I walked through the Buffalo office doors I was greeted with genuine warmth and positivity. Thank you for the Starbursts T! :) The onboarding process was smooth and arranged to fit around my schedule. (They strive to promote a healthy work/life balance.) The Staff did everything they could to ensure that both myself, and the cared for Client would be comfortable and satisfied with the arrangement. Communication is prompt and pleasant. I've felt supported and appreciated since day one. I literally pinch myself sometimes!

I am coming up on my 1 year of working with Maxim Healthcare. My experience with Maxim has been great, between communicating with my patients, caregiver and working with everyone here in the office, there isn't anything that I would change! Everyone here is very patient, accepting and hard working. Team work is a top priority at Maxim in Buffalo and it has made my experience 10/10 :)

Maxim is a great place to work especially if you are new to the nursing field! Management and staff are very supportive and ready to help anyway possible, you never feel alone in the process from hire to starting your first case. I am so thankful to have found a great place to start out my career. ❤️
