Terrible service. No one acknowledges you or tried to help you. I waited for 30 minutes to try to buy hundreds of dollars in gift cards. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I figured I would just sit a country chair until I had to leave. No thanks

Stylist: Great experience, second time there, Andrea was on time appointment, very freindly, took time, gave a great cut, razor head shave, beard, very precise, so many complinents today, "looks great"

I send my 20 year old son for a haircut. My son is independent, works and takes care of himself, but he's very shy, he won't start conversation and the majority of the time he is buried in a book. His barber was closed and on vacations. Frustrated cuz other places were asking for appointment, and with some encouragement I was able to convince him to walking Lady Janes at their Sheridan location. To my surprise he came back with a smile, he said the place look cool, the staff were nice, he love how she wash his hair and He said the hot towel alone motivated him to leave her a $15 tip. I thought he would need some therapy after having a woman handle him ? but nop! He walk through the door with a smile ☺️ and pleased with his haircut. Oh! and the hot towel experience. ? As the mother of an introvert young man who love his solitude and who doesn't look forward to interacting with other humans ? I truly appreciate the experience he got. I ask him for the stylist name so I could recognize her in my review, but he refused to give me a name ??. Thank You!!!

I’ve been there a few times, and I see Michaela. I’ve heard about peoples barber changing their perspective before but never experienced it first hand. She knew more tips than any barber I’ve had in the past. Then she was able to work very quickly while making a bit of a unique style- which was my request, I never know exactly what I want. I feel comfortable trusting this salon and recommending it, especially after many compliments for a new haircut style. It may just be a different fade style but it’s easy to see hairdressing passion here! My first beard trim as well here was great.
Hair type: I have a mix between curly and wavey if that makes sense, medium length for men

Started going to Lady Jane’s Haircuts after moving from Orlando to Buffalo.Lucky to have Kristin give my first haircut.The shop is friendly to wait in. When entering you check-in on a laptop menu as a new or existing patron, requesting a specific hairstylist or first available. Reservation times were easy to make by phone. I like their website showing which hairstylists are working on the current day at your location.The first time I was there Kristin asked a few questions on the cut that I was looking for. I like to keep my hair longish so I usually wait 6 - 8 weeks between cuts. All I could tell her was the length should now go down to a #3 as that’s what I did for many years in Florida.Kristin took it from there and the result was just as I hoped. She also “cleans” me up, trimming my sideburns and eyebrows,washing my hair before or after the cut.The very warm barber’s towel on the back of your neck is an option at the end but I skip it. Again I say, kudos to Kristin for making it a super pleasant experience, not just the cut but shmoozing in the chair makes me look forward to my next visit.

Originally I had called this hair salon called Lady Jane’s Haircuts, I called lady hung phone on me ?. Went in to salon, two employees they did not even greet me not even say hi felt racism in the air. Walk to 5 Star Cuts barbershop and guy welcomed me with open arms took care of me with haircut and beard, plus facial massage, tip the guy well $90 dollars. If you feel like heading there to each his own maybe you might get better treatment, but as a black men from Costa Rica, I will be staying away from this place, I had walk for 55 minutes in that cold truly disappointed, truck driver from the sunshine State ?.
